A) Our business first opened up in 1988
Q) Will someone come out and measure how much flooring I need and tell what it may cost?
A) Absolutely! At McKinnon Flooring measures are always complementary and include an estimate even if it’s a cash and carry job. Our Estimates include all foreseeable costs. We offer a no pressure sales environment.
Q) I have an older vinyl floor that is still in good shape but it is very outdated. Is there a way I can get a new floor without having to remove existing vinyl floor?
A) We have a few loose lay flooring options on the market that can be installed directly over your existing floor as long as it is in good shape! This allows for cheaper installation or in many cases for the homeowner to install themselves
Q) What type of flooring is the best flooring?
A) First, we need some information! Will this floor be getting wet on occasion? This information will help us to ensure you are making the smartest decision on your investment! We can help you find a flooring that meets all your needs!
Q) How long will it take for my flooring to be in stock and when can you install it?
A) McKinnon Flooring does offer a variety of in-stock items that you can take home the same day. But if you find a flooring product that needs ordered in, most products can be here in a week to 10 days. Our sales reps will be in contact with you during your flooring experience. McKinnon Flooring has several installers with years of experience working year-round installing all our products. We can set a date that is most convenient to your schedule!
